Juice Feasting
I stumbled across Angela Stokes' blog sometime in 2007, and in November I decided to read it from start to finish. The very day after I read about Angela's decision to do a 92-day juice feast (on 9 November, to be specific) and followed the link to juicefeasting.com, I received an e-mail from the site owners David & Katrina Rainoshek, offering to promote my blog Power of Raw on day 8 of their 92-day programme, and giving me a free 30-day trial of the site as well!
I had learnt about synchronicities from David Wolfe, and there was no doubt in my mind that this was one of them! ;o)
So I happily accepted, and plowed through all of the wonderful information on the site. It didn't take long before I decided this was something I wanted to do as well, and I started my feast on 31 December 2007. Which pretty much brings us up to date!
